As a Sales Representative, you will drive new revenue through outbound prospecting, qualification, and high-quality appointment setting. You’ll engage SMB prospects, manage a disciplined outreach cadence, and build a pipeline that supports consistent deal flow and long-term sales growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation, preferably selling merchant services or B2B solutions to SMBs
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach with disciplined call blocks and follow-ups, supported by strong discovery and qualification skills
  • Coachable, metrics-driven, and eager to progress from appointment setting into broader inside sales responsibilities
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred, if aligned with target budget

Your Daily Tasks

  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to SMB prospects using processor-provided lead lists, supplemented by online research and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and set well-scoped appointments that convert
  • Support follow-ups and nurturing activities to assist in closing
  • Target an initial goal of approximately 1 closed deal per week (2–4 per month), scaling toward approximately 8 per month as the pipeline matures
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM notes, including next steps, daily activity, appointments set, and revenue outcomes
  • Engage English-speaking and, where possible, Spanish-speaking prospects to expand reach across target markets

Targets and KPIs

  • Daily: 60–80 outbound calls, conversations completed, and appointments held
  • Monthly: Appointments set and closed deals, starting at approximately 1 per week, with a 90-day ramp and evaluation period

Territory and Customer Focus

  • Broad SMB segment across local U.S. businesses
  • Ideal focus on accounts with $50k–$100k in monthly processing volume, while remaining open to smaller accounts for long-term and referral value
